8) Do you offer returns or refunds?
Since aiaclass.com provides non-tangible, digital products, we generally do not issue refunds once an order has been completed and the product has been delivered. By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

9) Under what conditions do we issue refunds?
